Using professionally designed Mayhem Athlete programming, each class combines strength training, conditioning, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movement patterns to create balanced, effective workouts that deliver results. Every workout is coach-led and scalable, making our classes perfect for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Our classes focus on movements that improve everyday life — lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, carrying, running, and jumping — while helping members develop confidence, discipline, and long-term healthy habits.

Our classes combine running intervals with functional workout stations similar to official HYROX events, creating a challenging but scalable training experience that builds both physical and mental toughness. Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX race, improving conditioning, or simply looking for a new fitness challenge, our coaching team will help you train with purpose and confidence.

Each session focuses on endurance-based training using movements such as:

  • Running intervals 
  • SkiErg and RowErg work 
  • Sled pushes and pulls 
  • Wall balls 
  • Burpees 
  • Farmer carries
